Why seek counseling?

Experiencing anxiety, OCD, or engaging in behaviors that are interfering with how you want to live your life? Feeling depressed, unmotivated, or self-conscious? Experienced a traumatic event that you are ready to process? Together, we will work collaboratively towards your short-term relief and long-term goals, ultimately striving for a well-rounded and balanced life filled with contentment and fulfillment.

Background & Training

My formal training is rooted in structured, evidence-based interventions, particularly in treating OCD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I trained in an intensive outpatient program, where clients engaged in therapy for two hours a day, every day, working through challenges with structured, hands-on interventions. This rigorous training shaped my approach, teaching me the importance of both structure and adaptability. Now, I blend this knowledge with a client-centered approach, working with you to tailor treatment to your specific needs, goals, and values.

My Approach

I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD and primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my work. Therapy with me is an active, collaborative process. I don’t just sit back and nod. I will guide, challenge, and encourage you while also listening deeply to your needs. My role is to be a mirror, reflecting your story back to you with new insights. I want to help you develop the tools to navigate discomfort, uncertainty, and change. I believe in structured, evidence-based interventions, but also in flexibility. I tailor therapy to fit you rather than a rigid, one-size-fits-all model.

Coverage: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Carelon, Providence, PacificSource medicaid, as well as private pay sliding scale $100-$165

Why seek counseling?

I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy hoping to better understand themselves, improve how they relate to others, and find more meaning and satisfaction in daily life. In our work together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover what’s keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.

Background & Training

My work is deeply informed by attachment theory, recognizing how early relational experiences shape emotional regulation, self-concept, and patterns in adult relationships. I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to tailor support to your unique needs.

My Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in real-life application. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and understood. I show up consistently, listen deeply, and help you unpack what’s been weighing on you so you can move toward what matters most.
